Creating events for the cultured and culture-minded

As founder at Vybz Caribbean Ltd, having conceptualised CulTTivate, Adrian Baker is responsible for bringing nine years of research and four years of planning and development to fruition. With the vision, ‘tourism re-engineered’, he has grown the Vybz Caribbean team with the goal of delivering an 'edu-tainment' experience; sustainably developing MSME's; and nurturing social and environmental awareness, regional integration and a global ecosystem.

In his role at Vybz Caribbean, Adrian brings over 25 years of experience in events. He has lent his expertise in the conceptualisation and production of events throughout the Caribbean.

In 2016, Adrian founded the Hope Floats Foundation with a keen desire to raise awareness and funds for Jacobsen Syndrome. Through its association and partnership with the Hope Floats Foundation, Vybz Caribbean supports this charitable work.

Adrian is a father and wellness enthusiast. At present, he is pursuing his Global Leadership Diploma with the United Nations' UPEACE University in Costa Rica.

A Touch of Bliss

Bliss is an entrepreneur, a culture-ambassador, and (our favourite part) a fresh dose of perspective as the Director of Vybz Caribbean. No matter the role, her sole objective is to leave a lasting impact - a ‘touch of bliss,’ if you will. American-raised with her upbringing infused with the rich tapestry of Trinidad’s culture, she is the definition of Caribbean-American.

She has rolled out a variety of initiatives, including: a podcast, a J'ouvert section, a Carnival section, both large-scale as well as intimate events and is currently building a poetry-driven creative project. Bliss has put to good use her Associates in Business Administration Management. When she’s not fleshing out business ideas, writing, or looking for local Caribbean-based events, you can find her spending time with her friends and family where she’s based in Los Angeles or having street-tacos (extra salsa verde, please!) while dreaming of Trini doubles, everything slight.
